Overview

A powder filler for the repair of exterior masonry, concrete & brickwork. Formulated to set quickly and provide a strong and high-strength bond with excellent weather resistance. The cement and special resin ingredients produce a rock-hard and impact-resistant repair.

Preparation

Always ensure the surface to be filled is free from dirt and any contaminates that may affect adhesion.

  • Ensure the surface and cracks are free from any loose material.
  • If the area to be filled is affected by mould, lichen, algae, or moss should be treated with .

Application

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging.

  • Add 2.5 parts Polyfilla to 1 part water, always add the powder to the water.
  • Mix thoroughly to form a smooth paste.
  • For very porous surfaces use slightly more water and moisten the area before application.
  • Paste remains workable for 30 minutes.
  • Fill repair slightly proud with a filling knife.
  • Before the filler is dry smooth off level to the surrounding area with a wet blade.
  • If painting use an alkali-resistant primer prior to the finishing coat.
